Concept

Understanding the psychology of the golfer and meeting player demands via a scientific approach; that is the IOMIC ethos.
Grip selection is a 'strategy' to improve your shot trajectory
The golf club consists of three major parts: clubhead, shaft, and grip. A more accurate, stable ballistic trajectory & flight distance can occur when all parts are in harmony and each can maximise potential.
Focus is often on clubhead & shaft with the grip receiving little focus.
Manufacturers' approach to development mirrors this, with the grip forming a mere 1-1.5% of the manufacturing process. Development budgets are suppressed to a similar extent.
Here at IOMIC we took a early interest in the torque of the grip at impact. Torque is a numerical value representing the 'twist' of an object; the higher this value, the higher the degree of twist.
Traditionally, golfers and manufacturers have known that torque is present in the shaft - greatly affecting the flight & direction of the ball. No manufacturer though had ever focussed on grip torque.
IOMIC took up this challenge - IOMIC grips was born.
